Ruling Weird Question

Lets say that I have no cards left in my deck (I just drew one for turn, if it matters), and to stop myself from decking out I play Pokemon Communication, put my Pokemon back and fail search. Is that legal? They obviously know that I have a Pokemon in there, but because its not an "open zone" (or whatever you call it), I can fail, right? Can I also turn around and fail search another Pokemon Communtication right after the first one? Just in case they pull something where I draw a card, or whatever.

You can always fail a Pokemon Communication, the reasoning is that your deck is not Public Knowledge, so your opponent doesn't know what's in it all the time.
