I think that those might not be released anymore.. Since they replaced the normal ones with their Lv.X

I think those tins were just rumours. We got the lvl X tins instead. Unless pokemon was planning to use them but changed their minds and went for lvl X tins instead. I prefer the lvl X tins. The artwork is cool.

well sometime in feb I heard they are coming out with the other LVX tins (Lucario, Magmortar, Electivire).

I hope so. This would make it as easy as for the Japanese to get the Lv.X's.
