RSE/FRLG What are all the 10th anniversary Pokemon?

Could someone please give me a full list of all the 10th anniversary Pokemon? Serebii has it but it says the page does not exist but other members can see it so it must be outdated or something. There are 23 Pokemon. I don't know which ones I am missing.

Absol, Pikachu< One with Fly and one with surf and a plain one, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Espeon, Umbreon, Blaziken, Latias, Latios, Alakazam, Bulbasaur, Blastoise, Zapdos, Articuno, Moltres, Celebi, Entei Suicune, Raikou. Tyholsion, Ho-oh Lugia.

Some have this for OT 10aniv and 10 aniv<this is the American one. I got this from Serebii.net

I put 24 of them on there. there is 3 different Pikachu's

There is more then because there is also the 2nd gen Pokemon and Deoxys. I need the full list because I am missing some but I am not sure of them all. There is not a 10th anniversary Pikachu with Fly. That ones is hacked.

It's not hacked, How would you know? You don't have one.

Are these the entire list of Pokemon? I thought there was more because I have all the Kanto Starters in 10th anniversary form. There has to be all Johto and Hoen starters because there can't just be 1 or 2 from each generation.

It's not hacked, How would you know? You don't have one.

The only legit Flying Pijachu that we know of is the one from Pokemon yellow. I think I made a thread asking about the Flying Pikachu awhile back and the members said if you have a Flying Pikachu it is hacked. I have seen them on members player threads so I made a thread asking about them.

Why not? It's the 10th anniversary celebration, so it would make sense to give out more Kanto Pokémon (since they're the ones whose generation is being celebrated). Not sure on why Typhlosion was given out, but I know Blaziken was one of the first 3rd gen Pokémon to be revealed. Absol had a role in the 6th movie, too.

Actually, there is a flying Pikachu (Bryant Park). However, since you have to delete all HMs to Pal Park Pokémon, all flying Pikachu in D/P are hacked.

I thought so and I thought all 9 starter Pokemon would be since we are in a new era of Pokemon now that D/P is out and is starting over for every new kid getting into Pokemon.
