BW/BW2 What are/is the best place(s) for HP and Speed EV training?

Hello!

I have finally decided to EV train. The first Pokemon that I am EV training is a Smeargle that will learn Lock-on, Sheer Cold and some other moves (currently thinking of Counter and Mirror Coat), and I was wondering, what is/are the best place(s) for HP and Speed EV training please?

If you're planning to use Lock-on + Sheer Cold in Wi-fi battling, people will probably disconnect.
OHKO moves are ALWAYS banned, if you didn't know.
 
Ah. Thanks for the help! :( Yep, I was thinking that people will probably disconnect, but I never thought that 1-hit KO moves were banned in the Random Matchup, great bit of information to know! I can't believe that someone disconnected because they used Expolsion and their attack missed because I used Double Team alot. If that were me, I'd hang in there so that if they win, their great strategy(ies) will be credited!

I'll probably use Counter, Mirror Coat, Encore and a recovery move. (Or maybe Metal burst instead of one of those moves.) Smeargle's potential is great if you train them right!

Really? :eek: Why didn't they ban my Pokemon? Is Smokescreen and the item Brightpowder allowed please?
