what are the ratios of a box of call of legends

what does a typical box of call of legends look like? how many shinies and foil energies are suppose to be in a box? because i have heard people say that its usually 1 energy and either 1 to none for the shinies. i would like to get a rough idea if possible.

From experience, and talking to those with here's what I know:

3-5 Lost Worlds per box

1-3 Energies per box

Im not sure about shinies though

ok because my friend and i both opened our boxes and he got 3 shinies and 5 energies and i got 2 shinies and 2 energies. which seemed kinda weird. he also got no lost world and i only got one.

( EDIT)after looking though my bot i have more than one lost world, i do believe i only have 2

Geeze.. Those ratio's are kinda intense.
No wonder I got neither at Prerelease.

I've found that you get 2-3 Energies and 1-2 Shinies per box.
