well the first one looks like one of those christmas countdown type of things. in case you haven't seen them before, those christmas countdowns are a "countdown" till christmas. you usually start at the first of the month and with pre selected prize/gift for each day. everyday you open one and slowly build your self up to the main prize . they mention that 23 are stamped (probably not legal for playing) , so probably the main prize will be the foil or the booster . as i said they are a prize/gift so your not supposed to know what the cards are before you open them. when you open up the last one its christmas !

... i have no clue about the second one.
