but for this meta do HGSS, TR OR BW cause you pull an ability emboar...save it for post rotationa nd it suddenly jumps from 10 dollars to 40 same with reshiram

...normal rares like Emboar and Reshiram are not going to hit 40 bucks, especially not rares with a secret rare AND a tin promo possible. I've gotten reverse foils and full arts in one pack so I'm fairly sure it's theoretically possible to pull 3 reshirams out of ONE booster.

I've seen a lot of hype and a lot of bad players, and yet they're still 8-10 bucks around here, trending DOWN. They're going to stabilize around 6. If you're hoarding and banking on them going to 40 you're throwing money down a hole.

magneboar, reshiboar, lickiboar (if that gets off the ground) ___boar

all decks post rotation that have HUGE potential to be BDIF, if they do emboar SKYROCKETS.

Triumphant has the most cards that are considered valuable (Gengar Prime, Mew Prime, Machamp Prime, Magnezone Prime, possibly Yanmega Prime). HS has Donphan Prime, which is currently around $20-ish. But if you want the most playable card, that is Ability Emboar from BW.
