BW/BW2 What can you find in the Isshu Map?

I was looking at the hiun city scan more closely and I found Tsutajaa,Pokabu and Another pokemon which looks brown and green (Im not sure if its even a pokemon.) Here is the picture (CLICK THE LINK)
