What cards are good right now?

Could you please tell me what pokemon cards are worth getting, best pokemon decks out there. Btw I stopped playing during MT,SW and PT just came out so I have missed a couple of sets.

If there are any good cards in sets before PT tell me please, but remember it has to be part of the modified format.

Uxie LA, Claydol GE, Roseanne's Research, Bebe's, etc. Help speed your deck up. Some decks that are being played right now are:

Rampardos+Uxie LA ( Win early game with the first attack )
Kingdra+Claydol GE+cards that discard ( Same as above with dragon pump )
Dusknoir ( Spread Damage, heavy hitting and disruption )

Thanks alot, well as from what I see the whole deck concepts havent really changed besides from minor card tweaks
