So I was wondering what cards have been released in Japan that we don't have here in the US, not including the cards in the Red collection and the newly reveiled Psycho Drive and Hail Blizzard sets.
What cards are left?

From BW-on, we're missing:
-1 card from the Battle Strength Decks (Lillipup)

-14 Victini Formation Deck cards (Victini, Pansear, Simisear, Larvesta, Blitzle, Emolga, Tynamo, Stunfisk, Victini, Yamask, Cofagrigus, Elgyem, Litwick, Audino
-18 BW-P promos, at least (Pokedex, Emolga 25, Druddigon 26, Cobalion 37, Terrakion 38, Virizion 39, Golurk 46, Landorus 47, Zebstrika 54, Reuniclus 56, Haxorus, Bisharp, Pikachu, Luxio 103, Riolu 104, Meowth 105, Lucario 106, Battle City 107)

-Illusion's Zorua and Zoroark, which were cards used for a Japanese art contest to promote the Zoroark movie. Doubt we'll ever see any of the prints outside of Japan.
For Noble Victories, I'm guessing we'll get all of the Victini Deck and Red Collection cards, and maybe some of the promos. Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion are alternate artwork reprints of the ones in EP; it wouldn't surprise me to see them used as tin promos in the spring. Landorus is a reprint of the one in Red Collection. Zebstrika will probably be in NV because of the Blitzle in the Victini Decks. Haxorus and Bisharp might be in NV because they were part of an eleven-card set and the other nine were put in Emerging Powers. Emolga, Druddigon, Golurk and Reuniclus could go either way, either put into NV or used as promos. The last four promos are Psycho Drive/Hail Blizzard-related so if we get them, it probably won't be until 2012. Most of PD/HB will make up our February set, most likely.
Lillipup is up in the air. An upcoming League Promo is a Lillipup card, and it that could possibly be the untranslated one. We have gotten more Jumbo cards than usual lately, so there's the chance that we could get some more of the Japanese jumbos, but to get all of them seems a bit unlikely IMO.
