Ruling What cards force your opponent to draw cards or discard cards from their deck?

Camerupt ex, EM Groudon rare (not that it's good in any way), Fieldworker... nothing else off the top of my head.

TTar ex forces a discard of the top card of your opponents deck. Rocket's Admin forces your opponent to shuffle and draw cards equal to their prize card number.

That's all I can think of that havent been mentioned already.

Only Camerupt ex, Groudon EM, and Tyranitar ex can force the opponent to do something with the top card of their deck (in this case, these all discard it). Fieldworker says they may draw a card, and Rocket's Admin has the text "up to" so the opponent may choose to take no cards.
