Ruling What do I need for my old-school deck-out deck?

I have your typical imposter professor oaks but what new trainers specifically force your opponent to draw or discard cards from their deck.
 
Field Worker LM lets you draw 3 and your opponent MAY draw 1. Rockets admin makes both players shuffle their hand into their deck and draw cards = to their prizes. All I can really think of.
 
I think in the new sets, there is not trainer that can discard opponent's hand or deck, but only pokemon...

This should be in tcg question since you are asking about trainers but not about deck..moved.
