Okay here's a few more questions before I build the deck. Does it need Claydol? How long will it last, without a counter? Will it still be able to live once Claydol goes down? How expensive would it be to make a good one?

4-4-3-1 Raichu line
2-2 Bronzong Line (which bronzor do you think is safer?)
2-2-1 Electivire Line
For the trainers,
4 Night Maintenance
4 Roseanne's
4 Energy Switch
4 Energy Link
4 Bebe's
What's missing in here that is absolutely needed, and what's in here that absolutely needs removed?

This sounds real stupid but, what was CQ again?
I want to make this deck last for next season to, since I never seem to have much money to make a good deck. So do I need Claydol? How expensive is the deck when ranged? And which one will be better for each season Bronzong, or Vire?

If you are looking to just buy the deck then you will end up paying a price as Raichu is one of-if not the most expensive Lv.X ATM. Claydol also costs quite a bit but with less and less Claydol around than before you shouldn't have any trouble buying a couple for 20 or so...
If you are looking to trade and buy the packs then you could in theory end up with a better cost for everything. If you are willing to trade some Lv.X's then you could probably get a Raichu quickly from someone who isn't playing it. The Claydols always vary when trading at leagues and such. I personally wouldn't trade my Claydols for a human heart, but I have seen Claydols go for as small as a 1-1 Raticate from SW.
TSD is an option for this deck. Either way you end up having similar consistancy in your ability to cycle. I would say yes unless you add in another Premier Ball. If you want to keep the cost down then you could live without TSD.
This deck isn't AMU or anything but getting the cards will cost a pretty penny. I would say that you could try to trade away some cards to make this deck. Good Luck.
