That depends. Do you still know the number or have a My Pokemon account? If so, no problem. AFAIK no one cares if you have the card or not, as long as you remember the number. If you can't remember it without the card, just write down your POP ID on a piece of paper and tape it to your deckbox or something. If you don't know the number, try asking the local PTO. They might have it on record. If that doesn't work, get a new POP ID, and get them merged when you find your card.
