in your opinion, wich are the best combinations of pokemons types to include in a deck (grass, fire, psi, fight, water, elec) and what about dark or metal, wich is the best??

It really depends more on the pokemon´s attacks, powers and bodies, not in the type. But anyway, you should cover the weakness of your main attacker.
 
Best type is what your style is. Its nice to use the Holon Energy Types, IE Grass Electric, WP, FF etc. or just Play what the most popular deck's weakness' are.

good types are pretty much : fire, fighting, and psy as lots of pkm have weakness to these types
