Ruling what does 3-2-3 mean and other numbers like that?

3-2-3= 3 of the basic of that evolution line, 2 of the stage 1, and 3 of the stage 2

3-2-3 empoleon, it means: 3 Piplup, 2 Prinplup, 3 empoleon!
DF and on? Try for Dragonite ex. I can see that becoming powerful this season as it has no weaknesses, stops supporters which means good bye speed for Mario and Quicketurne and it can OHKO Kricketurne and Lucario and can snipe the bench! Also due to the fact that it has no weakness it is a perfect combo for lake barrier.

At least it kills all those Budew idiots and their puny non-supporter decks xP lol. Goes nice with Dodrio or something too.
Doubt it, probably Pk-on. Delta will still be dead. But who knows. Mabey there won't be a next rotation. Anyway, question has been answered.
Definitely DP-on, to get rid of all the LVL X vs. ex fanwars once and for all.
