Ruling what does holo revesral mean?

It's actually Reverse Holo not Holo Reversal...
Reverse Holo means the part surrounding the picture is also holo besides the picture & it has the edition's logo at bottom right of the picture...

Sorry about that:( Thanks for the information, P. P.M .
One more question, what logo would you be talking about? And does every booster pack contain a Reverse holo?

I've been thinking about that. As you know, the boosters contain 7 or 8 normal non-foil cards and 2 special cards, a rare and a reverse holo. If one of the two special cards, the one that's supposed to be the reverse holo, is some sort of special rare like a LVL X, an EX or a Shining, the other rare isn't necessarily a reverse holo. But in other occasions, there is a reverse holo in the pack.
The logo is just the name of the set displayed in the corner of the card image.
This is an example of the DS series:

Yes, every booster pack contains a "Reverse holo" card, that card has the corresponding set logo on the corner of the picture (this set logo appeared from Team Rocket Returns to Power Keepers).
For example, a Legend maker booster pack will contain a reverse holo card and on the picture of the card it has the "legend maker" logo on the corner.
Regular Holo cards do not contain this logo on the picture.

However, Diamond & Pearl's reverse holo cards dont have a logo of DP, they have a Parallel foil where the rest of the card is holo and the picture is not.

Hope that helps.

EDIT: Wow 2 posts at the same time...
