Strategy:
Before anything else, here's the catch:
- I'm a returning player (didn't play for 8 years), so I'm a little rusty, and still unfamiliar with the finer details of the new rules and mechanics
- I've never played in any tournament before, mostly casual
- on a friend's invitation, I'll be attending my first major tournament next next weekend, leaving me with about 2 weeks to build and tweak it to perfection

Basically, the strategy early game is to get Miltank out and smashing face as early as possible. Mid to late gameplan is to pump a Delphox or two full of fire energy for 1HKOs. added Sigilyphs cause almost everyone i know I've been playing casual games with run EXs

with those said, any form of criticism (hopefully constructive) and advice will be very much be appreciated :)

My suggestions:
-4 Fire Energy (A little too much fire when you can get them back with Black Smith)
-1 Prof Letter (1 is always enough)
-1 Muscle Band (to make room for silver bangle)

+1 Silver Bangle (For +30 against EXs)
+2 Braixen (Item lock ((Seismitoad EX and Trev)) is popular so don't rely on Rare Candy too much.)
+2 Psychic Energy / Rainbow or +2 Switch (There should at least be an option to attack with Sigilyph if you are running 2. If you don't wanna attack then add 2 Switch to get the Sigilyph out of the active spot. Keep in mind they can always Lysandre around it.)
+1 N (More draw support)

Most changes looks good, I'll try them over the weekend after procuring the cards :D Have a question though about rainbow energy, does it count as fire energy when checking for additional damage for Delphox's attack?

Yes it does.
