Ruling What does this mean..1-1 Electabuzz line?

Or another example.... 1-1 Meganium line. Meganium is a Phase 2. I'm new to the game and all its language. Thanks in advance.

Unless there was a mistake in typing, when they meant 1-0-1 Meganium (Chikorita-Bayleef-Meganium)

where a is basic, b is stage 1, and c is stage 2

for clarification

Yeah, but in some cases:
a=Baby Pokemon
b=Basic Pokemon
c=Stage 1 Pokemon

You also might hear someone say 1-1 electabuzz line to mean one basic electabuzz and one stage 1 electivre.
