If I have a Tyranitar ex have only remains of HP 30 and is only missing one prize on both me and my opponent, my opponent have a Gengar LM and i kill him then it kill me with his pokepower

Who wins?

If you both have a Benched Pokémon to promote to the Active spot when you both are KOed, it goes to Sudden Death.

If one person doesn't have a Bench, then the person that does has more win conditions, so he wins.

But if both don't have benched

Then each player has two win conditions, and the game still goes into Sudden Death.
