Pokemon What if Ash died?!?!?

Why would they kill him? Not like I don't WANT him to die, but why would they ruin a *kids* show to kill the main character. Redundancy.
Well, Ash is the main character of Pokemon and they would never do that.
Hypothetically, what would happen is they would probably make a new character in a different region and start a new adventure. They might travel back to the Kanto-Sinnoh regions and encounter some of the people Ash had met. The new main character would also probably get a new pokemon similar to Pikachu that would become the new face of Pokemon.

Despite the fact that whoever makes the episodes is too stupid to take Ash out, it might actually raise interest. There would be no more extremely long battles, just adventure with battles scattered here and there. Ash's pokemon might go to Dawn, who in my opinion needs to grow up. That's my take.
