Well, this page was mostly a TCG bsaed website, only recently getting more into the gaming. I'd say it inclines closer to TCG. THough it's hard to tell.
 
Yeah I would say TCG too, if you look at the majority of the posts and forums they tend to be about the TCG. I think why here isn't quite as battle oriented as smogon or some other forum, is because like you said, this was based on the TCG. I think other people would usually rather go to another forum for battling even though we have some good battlers here, just because other forums are a little bit more popular.
