Which series/expansions yield the best value (cards) on PTCGO? Since they all have the same 200-coin cost, I guess the question is which is the best series/expansion... Evolving Skies seems like it has the best cards, then maybe Chilling Reign, just wondering what others thought?

Also, does anyone know if we will be able to purchase Celebrations packs on PTCGO?

No to purchasing Celebrations. Purchasing for 200 coins you're getting nontradeable, so ... whatever you want cards from, I guess? Fusion Strike isn't a bad choice given you could get a Mew VMAX...
