Bleh, probably is... so you'd have to ask someone who actually buys Japanese booster boxes then.

Yeah, cuz there are only 20 packs in their boxes, and 36 in ours. Thanks though.

I believe it is more like 1 in 8 for Japanese boxes. It is easier for them to get exs but harder for them to get shinings.
