so what is this image? I was wondering because it clearly has the stage 1 evos of tsutajaa and mijumaru on them, or is it just fan art? someone help with this! where did WPM get this image and why was it on the front page?

Because it's an anime character sheet. Basically rough drawings of the anime. And those Pokemon are real.
