What should be the new EX card pokemon?

I dont think there are lots of EX cards. But what do you think would make a good EX card? You can post you idea's here,

I think there should be a Raichu EX

140 HP

{C}{C} Quick attack- 30+ - Does 10 more damage for each Damage counter on this this Pokemon.
{L}{L}{C}{C} Thunderbolt- 150- Discard all{L} from this pokemon

Thunderbolt does 150 because theres a Raichu LV. X and it has a thunderbolt aswell and it does 100 damage but a EX is better than a X so... you get the point.

Yes, but Zekrom EX has almost the same attack.
