Title says it all. Want to have a good set to buy (booster packs)! Discuss
 
That depends. What are you looking for? Trainers? Pokemon? Shiny cards? Deck staples?
 
Plasma blast is a pretty solid set, but like DNA said, is there anything in specific you're looking for?
 
If 'Emerging Powers' isn't in the name it typically is good. Plasma Blast, Boundries Crossed, and Plasma Freeze are arguably the best sets from BW.
