Okay what if I have Mew*d and my opponent has Abra (MT) on his/her bench I choose to use Ultra/Psychic Evolution and there is an Alakazam (MT) from my deck. Would Mew*d evolve?

No. Cause Mew can't evolve. It would be an illegal evolution.
