Depends on what you view as crappy... there have been 3 POP 17-card sets. the first has Blaziken on the front, the 2nd has Venusaur, and the 3rd has the Eeveeloutions. They aren't usually used in competitive play (except for trainer reprints), and are usually just for collectors. The sets usually contain oddities like an unreleased Mr. Mime Ditto, a reprint of Ho-oh EX, and a Pichu Bros. Card. I have the POP 3 Ho-oh EX... worth a ton of money... Yay!
 
Yes they probably have some of the crappiest cards in Pokemon TCG. And if you by then online your screwed because they cost a lot and you'll probably get Plusle and Minum
 
Don't even get me started on POP series cards.

POP series 1 has the Blaziken on the pack.
 
Swellow might actually have some use to it. It's common, has a free retreat cost, Agility for 30, and can boost it to 70. I haven't been able to use it, but it might work well in an Agility deck.

I *think* POP1 will be banned after Worlds. I probably won't miss POP1 all that much; Tyranitar-ex and Armaldo-ex make me sad.

The only rares that I have from the set are 2 Rayquaza and a Tyranitar-ex.
