What's the best way to collect a whole set?

I want to get the whole of PA but I don't know what the best way is. Buying singles or buying Boxes. What do you think?
 
I find the most effective method to be buying a box or two and then fill in the gaps with singles, or just randomly over time.
 
I usually buy a box and then I try to get the missing cards trading but I think I'll start to buy the missing ones so I don't run the risk to receive bad condition cards by trade.
 
Buy a box or two. You'll get 90% of the cards that way, and you can buy singles of the few missing cards online, or recieve them by trade.
 
I usually buy a box and then trade for/buy the rest of the cards I need.
 
Well AoA will be alot easier to get only like 110 cards in the set at the most I think. And buy a box best thing.
 
I usually buy two boxes. If a set has around 100 cards, you usually get everything and then some. If a set has around 150 cards, you can acquire cards through trading or the singles market, or acquire a third box, something I rarely do when necessary.
 
Box. Lol, and Arceus has 99 cards, 1 box should give you everything except a couple shiny's, arceus, and all but about 4 lv x
