I'm just really curious as to why everyone is making a big deal about DRE and scramble going out of format when it comes to GG. I mean can't anyone pickup a DRE and/or scramble and slide it into their deck? I know I did. But why will GG not be so good when it's rotated out? Isn't everyone going to be slower as well? I'm noticing PLOX/GG now carry togikiss (new format GG/PLOX). You can pretty much still kiss into any deck as well. So why all the hype?

GG/PLOX + DRE + Scramble = Fast Killing
GG/PLOX - DRE - Scramble = Slow

Also, with Kingdra coming out in August. GG/PLOX will be too slow to go against Kingdra decks and besides, don't tell me you still wanna use GG/PLOX in the next format too? It is getting too lame IMO... :)

They can't get a t2 gallade and steam roll to 3 easy prizes and slowplay until time is called. But GG will be around, but definately not as good as before.

Put it this way, Gallade normally pops out in T2 and is attached with a DRE and immediately starts killing everything in its path. By T3, Gallade is a lot less stronger because the opponent has an extra turn to set up and counterattack.
Kingdra decks are much faster since you CAN pull off damaging moves with one energy on T2.

Zyflair, please do not post in threads that have been left alone for two or more weeks. Thanks.
