I have a bunch, but I'm not quite sure which one is the rarest. I'll list the ones I think might be....

Dark Raichu
Regirock *
A bunch of Vending Series cards
Prerelease Misty's Seadra, Dark Gyarados, EM Grumpig, and HL Swalot
A bunch of EXs
A bunch of Promos.... Treecko, Suicune, Celebi, Meowth, Pikachu...

What is YOUR rarest card?
 
I have prerelease Misty's Seadra and prerelease Dark Gyarados too, but I didn't know they were really so rare!

Other than that, I have about 30 assorted promos (including a few duplicates) and box toppers from various sets, for example I have 4 Absol from TMTA and 4 Pikachu d from LM. Furthermore, I have 3 Base set Charizards (1 is in poor condition), 2 Dark Charizards, and several ex cards, most notably 2 Mew ex (LM), 3 Typhlosion ex and 4 Wailord ex. Infact, those are only ex pokemon I have more than one of.
 
Hmm...maybe mine is Regice* from LM...

But, I have one strange rare card that I got from Legendary Collection booster. It is a reprint of Articuno (from Fossil that has Blizzard). The strange point is, its HP has black border (about 1 pixel)...
 
probably raikou * or tyranitar ex
i also have a charizard reverse holofoil (crystal type) from skyridge, guess that can be worth a lot too

It means "Laugh my a** Off".
My rarest card would have to be my FRLG articuno ex.
EDIT: also my shining magikarp, shining raichu, and shining celebi.
