Help When is Guardians Rising legal?

I'm pretty sure it becomes legal tomorrow, but I would like clarification on this.

guardians rising it will be legeal until 3 weeks after it release

so to confirm the exact date it should be the 26th (next week)

Sets are legal the 3rd Friday of the month they're released, so Guardians Rising will be legal tomorrow
