When will Catcher be out?

Will Catcher be out before Battle Roads, in between Battle Roads and Cities, or later? I haven't heard anything about it.

Pokemon Catcher will be released with the August set, Emerging Powers. Emerging Powers hits stores near the end of August and Battle Roads don't start until September.

So in short, Pokemon Catcher will be released before Battle Roads.
