Ruling Where can I find a better Card-Dex?

Since I want to go to Battle Road, I am currently building my deck. I want to use old cards but I can't find a very good card-dex to get the reprinted information.
I tried Pokemon's online card-dex, but it wasn't very good.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a good card des so that I can find all the newer text for my old cards?

Also, I tired Pokebeach's Dex, but it was missing pictures, so I couldn't find what I need.
 
go to the forum deck garage and then youll see a topic that says something like reprinted cards for modifies use there you can find your answer

Soo.I can only use old cards if I can find a reprinted version of it?
I still don't get how it works.

What they are saying is that if I have an old Rhydon, from Hidden Legends, I have to find an updated version of that card from Current sets?
I am lost.
 
Its pretty simple actually.

You can ONLY use cards that are in the current modified sets. If you have a card from an older set WHICH IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE CURRENT ONE, then you may use it.

For example, have a look at the following 2 cards:

Exactly the same. So you can use either. The Hidden Legends one is out of format, but since Power Keepers reprinted it, you may still use it.
 
Or you could use this.

Pokeorder. You type in the card (If it's older) and if it has a newer counter part than you can use it.
