Where to buy Japanese "Shiny Collection"?

Hello ladies and gents!~ New here as you can see, anyway I was wondering if anyone had some info on where I could perhaps pre-order the new Shiny Collection that's coming out in Japan in February. It looks absolutely beautiful and I would love to have it haha.
