Where to get Pokemon Collector promos?

I know Pokemon Collector has been released as a promo, but where do I buy them, what comes with it, and how much is it?

As far as I know Pokemon Collector has only been printed twice. There's one from the HeartGold/SoulSilver set and one from the Raichu/Gyarados Trainer Kit.

that actually a funny story.

a few months back i ordered 4 pokemon Collector online (Not Ebay) and when they arrived, i was like yey, but was like.... "Wait a minute! are these fake! they don't have the HS symbol!!!"

instead it had a small yellow siluette of Raichu.

i talked to some people and aparently the sender had sent me the ones from the special Heart Gold Soul Silver starter pack with Raichu and Gyarados, hence the picture.

You can still use it. Its not fake.
