Ruling Which Chimchar?

I'm making an infernape deck after the MD prereleases, and I'm wondering. Which chimchar should I use?

In my Empoleon Deck, I'm going to put in:
2 Piplup DP
1 of each MD
You may want to put in 2/2 Chimchars from MD since the berry and Lunge.

2 D/P ones, 2 MD ones without the berry.
