What Darkrai would you put into a deck that will have 2-2 Darkrai/Lv. X? I'm leaning toward #3, but #4 can put them to sleep. Maybe one of each?

No, you need 2-2 Darkrai Lv.X if you are going to play it...there is no point in a 3-1.
The number four GE one has proven to work the best to me. I built a deck on it that can beat magmortar and that made the difference.
Play 1 Darkrai GE(No.4) & 1 Darkrai MD. If you wanna focus on its Sleeping effect, then play Darkrai MD instead. Otherwise, play 1 Darkrai GE(No.4) & 1 Darkrai MD...
Not really. If someone play Darkrai for its +10 effect(the Poke-Body), then that player should 2-2 BUT if someone plays it for its attack effect(Asleep), then a 3-1 Darkrai LV X is the line to play. Now, I know Darkrai LV X's attack have the Asleep effect too but it's not that effective because your opponent have to flip 2 coins for it to get KO & the chances of getting 2 tails is not very high. Also, its x2 weakness makes it an easier kill for Gallade...

Premier balls recycle Darkrai if it gets K.O'd anyways. Having 3 other Darkrai's focusing on the sleep effect will work better. Trust me.
Darkrai Lv. X is a beast though. If they don't wake up or K.O between the turn, that's a free kill next turn. But, if they don't wake up, and get k.o'd after their turn ends, they have to bring out another pokemon. More food for Darkrai. =]
