Which deck for reginals?

I just took a look at the first place prize package for The reginals, and I want it/need it.

I was wondering which deck would be best for it. Here is what I have so far:

Flygod- I here it is speedy and effective, but could some one explain the stratagy in detail?

Flymence- 100 per turn KO's everything, though may take awhile to set up.

Metanight- Discard enough energies to KO the pokemon... though takes awhile to set up.

Destiny- Very effective for sniping before people set up.

I need your opinion on what deck I should use.

I think you should play Flygon ex d with Eeveelutions

IMO BOOM, Flyqueen/Flyeons, MSN-BC, Metanite and Destiny are the best options

all these decks would work fine but we cant really tell you because after all it depends on your metagame

At the city championship 4 people came (including myself). One guy used Metanight (he won), Another kid brought a deck with older cards, so I helped him make a new deck. He cramed every EX he had into that deck, Armaldo ex, Espeon ex, 2xRayquaza ex, and Mewtwo *. Other person had this wierd water deck with Ludicolo... didn't know what set since I beat her before she could evolve.
That is my Metagame.
I'm thinking that I want to use Flygon EX d, but I'm unfamiler with it, so could some one get me a deck list please?

Destiny is amazingly hard to play. So unless you're reeeeeeeeally good, I'd back off from it. MetaNite and Flymence slow? lol. It all depends on your meta, but out of those options I'd pick MetaNite.

I'm guessing you're meaning Flygon-ex LM/Delcatty, correct?

Basic strat. is to discard energies with Delcatty and get a huge hand, and then use Emerge Charge onto Flex to attack for 100 or w/e it is to discard for the first attack.

Personally I'd use sallygross. It's power, easy to work with easy to add techs and doesn't need ex's. Salamence DS + Metagross DX with DS tech. Strat Do 100 with Sally. Meta for Metal back. Do 100 with Sally, repeat. Fearow is good speed tech (all delta Pokemon.
