Ok serious answer is it's too early to tell, GR isn't out yet so we haven't seen how those cards interact with current cards. While we as card players can make assumptions, card players are known for making all the wrong assumptions when it comes to new cards. It also depends on your local meta as to what beats what. EVERYONE in your area plays garb decks, don't play anything that relies on abilities. Lots of ability decks? Play garb.

That said, I'm not seeing the synergy between Volcanion and the Psychic Pokémon. I get the extra damage is nice, but it seems like splitting the focus of the deck which may or may not work in practice.
