Which deck should i use at my cities?

I am going to 2 city tournaments and I don't know what deck I shouls use. Should I use:
A. Magnezor
use magnezone for search and draw, metagross to tank, and scizor to tank with special metal.
B. Gyrados
you know the deal
C. Jumpluff
What should I use. Vote and give a reason.
 
B. Gyarados but theirs a thread for this I think.
Anyway, Gyarados is more consistant and now has rescue energy, which really helps it.
 
What decks do you see a lot near you? It really depends on that. I'd say Jumpluff just because it's really fun to play and doesn't really have any awful matchups, but as I said, it depends on your local meta.
 
I have The above decks. I see a lot of vilegar in my area. Noone uses blaziken fbx or machamp. metagross La mowes down jumpluff. I'm undefeated withthat deck, but 1-2 people will be using machamp/ donphan.
 
I run Jump-lock. It has 2 vileplume, 2 spiritomb, and 3 AR cherrim. The stategy is to stop trainers and block damage. Only use mass attack for a OHKO, otherwise just use leaf gaurd and reduce damage by 30-90 with healing and block.
