The new Lucario is pretty fun. Makes the whole Lucario thing pretty playable in a 2-2-2 formation, imo. The 4-4 only worked in Mario anyway, the normal Lucario isn't all that great. But er, I already figured out a deck with the LVL X too (I'm not telling, lol). Its weakness doesn't kill it at all, its power makes up for it. The only extremely stupid part is where it says you need 3 for 80 and you still get a negative effect. But its Poke-power is the true masterpiece about this card.
About Magmortar, I'm not sure. He posesses a cool power, but its attack isn't all that great since it has 2 downsides. Its retreat cost sucks, it can't even retreat after attacking, unless you want to waste another energy attachment for that.
Even tho Electivire is beyond uglyness, the lightning bolt between its hands is pretty awesome. It will most likely be a tech in Electivire decks since its attack is quite good, and probably a tech in locking decks as well. Might go nice with Octillery.Pretty cool overall.
Still, I think Lucario has the most potential. Magmortar and Electivire aren't that great and their normal levels only really work with the babies, making them both stage 3s. Lucario LVL X is a good stage 2 in the new format, and might be used in Mario to let Lucario dish out 2 last powerful hits (1 during the invincible turn, 1 during the next turn..this also effectively kills anything without fighting weakness, mind you) before he passes away, and you can probably Revenge next turn since you got a 2turn setup lunchbreak.
