I would say Metanite because I have used it before & its quite good compared to Raieggs/Eggchu because Raieggs can be a BIG problem if you ran into an anti δ deck....
Metanite would be my first suggestion too. Raieggs isn't bad at all and can be fun, but I might run the Raibok version that uses Arbok instead of Eggs.
