Why didn't Ash evolve his Cytinquil, Totodile, Bayleaf, Chorpish and Bulbasaur? They would have been much better as Typhlosion, Feraligater, Megainum, Crawdaunt and Venasaur. I hope his Turtwig becomes a Torterra or I wii be mad.

I guess they were too cute to evovle. I have no idea, he just never got to evovling any of them
Okay I just answered this up for you in another thread. So why did you go a make this one? And More than likely Turtwig will get to Grotle and thats it. Remember in Hoenn, Grovyle didnt evolve until after the league and even then, Grovyle was still super strong. You cant have everything your way.
Okay then I will post this again. Corphish didnt evolve because for one: Crawdaunt is part dark, the writers never give Ash dark types. ANd two, because Crawdaunt was team Aquas most used pokemon so they wouldnt want to give Ash that now would they? Bulbasaur had the chance to evolve but decided not to like Pikachu. The other three well, Cyndaquil should have at least evolved to Quilava since it really wanted to, but it didnt. The other two, I dont know. But think about it, since when has Ash ever had a team where all of his pokemon were fully evolved? Never.

No, I meant FULLY evovled. Happiny has two stages left and Croakgunk probably won't evovle
His Pokemon don't like to Evolve. I don't think Turtwig will evolve into Torterra because Paul already has a Torterra and it is very strong but I can see Chimchar evolving into Infernape because it was abused by Paul. None of his Hoenn starters evolved either. It is Ash's trend to raising Pokemon. He only lets the Pokemon evolve if they will be used in battle a lot with the exception to Pikachu which will never evolve.

Oh yeah sorry guys. It has been awhile since the Hoenn region. I am locked on D/P right now but that is true he did evolve Treeko into Sceptile. and May got Torchic to Evolve into Blaziken. I hope Chimchar evolves into Infernape because it will definitely put Paul on edge and mabye Paul will start to respect Ash and the way to train Pokemon better.

They should of had cyndaquil evolve, but other then that I think its just ashs style of training. Plus the writers dont want to give ash to much power.

No It should be locked. I mean this thread has no point! As can evolve his Pokemon when he wants 2! The writters do this stuff so complain to them not making a pointless thread! (no offence)
I think that is plausible, since paul treats ash the same way gary did. Except Gary treats his pokemon much better!

Easy. Ash carries an AR on him at all times. His Pokemon are all level 8,349. He doesn't need to evolve them.
It's really the only reasonable explanation as to why he wins vs real Pokemon and not losers like Spinarak.
