Kyogre EX PROMO 037? I mean thats a GOOD card. First thing I noticed was its first attack (Aqua Supply) that can really come in handy early on when youre starting to evolve your bench and have a nice Sala EX on the bench or something. The second thing I noticed was its second attack. 40 damage....not that impressive, but 10 to each of your opponents benched shows great possablities...the thing that I didnt notice before, but really impressed me with a second look was its Poke-Body...you know how many people use quaza ex 'delta'? that would make it 70 and attach an energy or 80 and 10 to each opponents benched...I just think its underplayed
