BW/BW2 Why No Ice Types Yet?

Correct me if I'm wrong but so far there weren't any ice types announced for the 5th generation, except for that rumored legendary...

Do you guys think they will keep the ice types short? I hope not because that's my favorite type...
 
This is also my fav. type and I got kinda worried but they have to have a few more so dont worry to much lol They are two Ice Mountains and no pokemon from previous games so there hast to be more of them..
 
There's still a lot more open spots in the Isshu Pokedex. Maybe they have some new Ice-types for the games but haven't released them yet. Right now, we don't know.
 
Ice type Pokemon normally appear toward the end of the Regional Pokedexs, so they'll probably be in the entirely blanked out bit on pokexperto. I'm pretty sure with the snowy mountains they'll be a good few ice types to whet your appetite.
 
well sorry to say it, WPM posted on the homepage last night with the isshu dex list from poxexperto, that there will only be 7 new ice types in the Isshu region. Which is sad. Ice is like my 4th favourite types...but at least 7 is better than 0! Hoped I helped..
 
Yes, I am also looking forward for Ice-types. But I'm sure they're are. In the recent interview, there was a comment saying something like "there isn't enough of this type make more" so there is probably an even amount of each type. Hopefully, some strong Ice types will be available. :)
 
Also if you want to know more about how many pokemon will be appearing in each type..you can go to the thread I created called "Pokemon Type Speculation" where you can disscuss what kinds of pokemon you want for each type.....it's located under Current Event: Black and White. :]
 
Well there were Only 6 last generation so im happy...right there were only six Froslass,Snover,Abomasnow,Weavile,Mamoswine,and Glaceon....That is right right lolz.

I hope not, Ice type pokemon is my 2nd favorite type. They should make more ice type pokemon...
 
There will be plenty of Ice types, don't start worring yet.

I personally think that this thread should be locked.
