Ruling Wild Growth & retreating...

Situation : If I have two grass energy attached to my active tangrowth (or any grass pokemon with 2 energy required to retreat) and my Sceptile GE is on bench....

Questions : How many energy for me to discard in order to have tangrowth to retreat since sceptile's Poke-Body is in effect? 1 or 2?

The retreat costing is based off energy, not energy cards. You discard however many it takes to pay whatever it is.

excluding Boost Energy you can't retreat your poke if this NRG is attached...
