Hey im new and am wondering, will Arceus be legal after the rotation? Thanks!

It depends on the rotation. They will be if its AR-on or RR-on.

There is no way to tell 100% for sure, all depends on what they rotate and no-one knows that
Hopefully it still is a legal set though

It depends on the rotation. Some think that the rotation will be Rising Rivals on, due to the whole 9 sets after rotation and 13 at Worlds thing. But others think it will be Heartgold Soulsilver on to be the same as Japan's rotation.
