Wingull Donk:

I just want to say the reason I'm playing this deck is because my goal is to make a fun deck for cities that uses one of my favorite Pokemon. (even if it isn't the best deck) Overall, my goal for the day will be to just have fun with my Wingull :D Although I'm not planning on winning anything, I still want some advice on how to make this deck somewhat competitive. All constructive criticism is welcomed!

Interesting deck. I don't believe that Pokemon Rescue is necessary in the deck (as you want to get the donk and so you don't need that much recovery IMO), and I would add a 4th Unown R and 2 more Expert Belts in exchange. As you want the donk, (aka to start with Wingull), as well as consistency, I would add a 4th Wingull. Maybe add another PokeTurn and Black Belt, but I'm not sure what you could take out....

Hope I helped,

Thanks for the advice! The reason I run Pokemon Rescue is to use Unown R's Retire again (thinning my deck out and allowing me to draw more cards) and I can use it as a source of recovery if I really need it. But I think it isn't necessary in the deck so, I am going to take out the Pokemon Rescue for an Expert belt, Unown R and something else. I'm not sure what I want the third card to be because I still want some kind of recovery (Rescue Energy?) for my Zangoose and in some situations Mesprit. I also want to try using Seeker because it would help me reuse my Uxie, Mesprit and Crobat. I also want to try using Twins for Extra Draw Power. Can you please give me some advice on what you think would be the best replacement for my third Pokemon Rescue.

Seekers are your friend in this deck, lets you pick up your Uxie, Bat whatever AND makes your opponent pick up a pokemon, therefore you can get a donk when they have a 2 (maybe even 3 if they have low HP) pokemon start, pretty sweet.
-1 Zangoose
-4 Pokeblower
+2 Seeker
+2 Switch (it will hurt if you get a lone Regice start, a lot)
+1 Pokedex Handy.

I updated my list by removing three Pokemon rescue and adding 2 Seeker and 1 Unown R. I don't want to remove Zangoose because it has been a really good counter to Garchomp C and Flygon and I don't think that switch is necessary because I have 16 other basics who I can start with, making the chance I start with Regice slim. I might consider putting in Warp Point instead of Switch. Thanks for the Advice :)

I can't believe you actually posted this deck *rolls eyes*
Anyway I would take out the pokeblowers for pokemon reversals. i know it's flippy but if your opponent has something you know you can knock out that turn. you might as well take the chance of bringing it up to the active spot.

With your super scoop ups maxed out, I don't think it's necessary to run 3 Uxie. 4 is enough and freeing that extra space could be valuable for other cards. Maybe another Pelipper? Hate to imagine the only one in deck ending up in your prizes.
